Meet and greet services

Our meet and greet service includes communicating with the guests before arrival, sending directions and planning the time and location for the meet and greet in order to avoid any problems in locating the property.

Once at the holiday home we help your guests familiarize themselves with the facilities, giving instructions where necessary.

We can also arrange welcome packs for guests that arrive late or when the supermarkets are closed.

We are available throughout their stay to offer any information needed and to solve any problems that may occur during their stay.

After the guests leave we collect the keys and inspect the house for any potential damage.
