About Us

In 2001 myself and my wife Caroline made the exciting decision to relocate to Andalusia, Spain from Suffolk in the UK.

We have worked in Suffolk for 20 years in the hospitality industry managing a hotel and restaurant and eventually running our own successful country pub and restaurant business.

This experience was invaluable in setting up Moore Property Services with the intention of working in the tourism sector and basing ourselves within this beautiful and natural environment.

We bought two very old village properties to renovate in the mountain village of Sedella, one for our home and the other to provide us with an income. We opted for village life to help us integrate as much as possible and to assist us in learning the language !

Our one bedroom rental property is called Casa Mula (the Mule House) and quite literally home to the owners mule. It is one of the oldest properties in the village and has been renovated sympathetically to retain the original charm using traditional building methods and materials.
